Asparagus Augratin

  • 36 asparagus
  • about 3 ounces of prosciutto, sliced very thinly
  • 2 ounces of parmesan, grated coarsly
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cracked pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wash and cut the asparagus so they’ll fit in a 8×12 (inches) oven safe glass (pyrex) Wrap Prosciutto around each asparagus and drizzle with olive oil and parmesan. Season with great fresh cracked pepper. Bake 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
