Asparagus with Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms

- Fresh Asparagus (cleaned)
- Fresh Chanterelle Mushrooms (cleaned)
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Italian Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to desired taste
DIRECTIONS
- Steam asparagus until just tender or to desired doneness
- Saute garlic in the butter and olive oil for about 1 minute
- Add chanterelle mushrooms and saute for approx 5-7 minutes with the garlic
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Arrange asparagus on platter
- Pour the sauted chanterelle/garlic over the asparagus
- Enjoy.
