Aunt Kathy's Almond strudel

  • 1 cup of flour
  • Dash of salt
  • Half cup of butter
  • Half cup of sour cream
  • Half can of solo almond filling
  • Half cup of coconut
  • Half cup of chopped almonds
  1. Cut margarine into flour and salt with a pastry blender
  2. Mix in sour cream and shape into a ball,place in saran wrap and refrigerate over
  3. Let the dough stand for 1-2 hours at room temp
  4. Roll into a rectangle about 10 by 15
  5. Spread with filling. Like a jelly roll
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
