Aunt Sarah’s Strawberries Romanoff
INGREDIENTS
  • One pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 C cream, beaten stiff
  • 6 T Cointreau liqueur
  • 2 quarts chilled strawberries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whip vanilla ice cream, slightly.
  2. Fold in cream, beaten stiff.
  3. Add Cointreau Liqueur.
  4. Pour mixture over chilled strawberries.
  5. Serve.
