Avocado, Shrimps & Mango Salad

  • 320g Avocado Hass
  • 400g Shrimps size 20/30
  • 200g Mango
  • 60g Mixed green salad
  • 40g Cherry tomato
  • 25ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 10g Dijon mustard
  • Salt flakes
  • Black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
  2. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the grill pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
