Avocado Egg Salad
INGREDIENTS

- 1 Large Avocado (finely diced)
- 3 Hard Boiled eggs ( Chopped; boil eggs for 6-7 min.)
- 2 Tbsp. Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Chives (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
