Avocado shrimp salad

  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, diced
  • 1/2 t tabasco garlic sauce
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1 T roasted garlic
  • kosher salt to taste
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  1. Cut open and remove avocado, roughly mushing it up.
  2. Add tabasco, sour cream, mayo and roasted garlic - as you mix it will become smooth.
  3. Blend in shrimp.
  4. Layer over top of cabbage and enjoy!
This actually started out as guacamole that I was going to make to go along with some leftover cooked shrimp. The avocado was so ripe though, that I ended up just blending it with some extras and turning into a thick salad dressing.
