B.L.T. (Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato)

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • Loaf of bread
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • Mayonnaise
  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until it’s crispy but not overdone or place between 2 napkins and microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes. Set the bacon on a paper towel to absorb the grease
  2. Wash and Slice a tomato in several thin slices
  3. Wash iceberg or romaine lettuce and carefully pull apart pieces
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bread and start building your BLT
