BACON AND TOMATO MACARONI SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cup macaroni, cooked
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cupchopped cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/3 cup Mayo or Salad Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all and refrigerate until chilled.

I was looking for a change from the macaroni salad I always made using canned baby shrimp. This looked like a nice change.
