BAKED RICE
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 60-90
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cans of mushroom pieces, including the juice
- 3 cans consumme (or broth)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 cup uncooked rice (not Minute Rice)
DIRECTIONS
- Saute onions in butter.
- Mix with the remaining ingredients and put in a casserole dish.
- Bake covered at 350F for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until juices are absorbed.
