BAKED SPINACH WITH MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkgs. Spinach, thaw & squeeze dry
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 t. fresh basil
- Salt & pepper
- ½ c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack)
DIRECTIONS
- Sauté mushrooms in 1 T. butter. Add spinach & basil. Mix well & add
- salt &
- pepper to taste. Put into a well buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle

- choice on top. Bake at 325F for 30 min.
