BAKED SPINACH WITH MUSHROOMS

  • 2 pkgs. Spinach, thaw & squeeze dry
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 t. fresh basil
  • Salt & pepper
  • ½ c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sauté mushrooms in 1 T. butter. Add spinach & basil. Mix well & add
