BARLEY HOT DISH
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 c. quick barley, cooked
  • partly and drained
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1/2 lb. hamburger, fried and
  • drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 can mushroom soup
  2. Fry barley, onion and celery in oleo until soft. Add
  3. hamburger; mix all together and pour into a baking dish. Mix 1
  4. can mushroom soup and water, then pour it over barley. Bake 1
  5. hour at 350 degrees. You can add more mushrooms if you want to.
