BBQ Bacon Burger with Cheddar
INGREDIENTS
- Hamburger patty
- 2 slices smoked bacon
- dash of steak seasoning
- 1 oz bbq sauce
- 1 oz cheddar cheese
- lettuce, tomato and onion
DIRECTIONS
- season beef with seasoning and cook to doneness. Glaze patty with ½ bbq sauce during last minute of cooking. Apply bacon and cheese on top of burger and allow the cheese to melt.
