BBQ Burgers
INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. For sauce, in a small saucepan, combine garlic, catsup, steak sauce, water, sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine beef, salt and pepper. Shape mixture into four patties.
  3. Place burgers on grill rack over medium heat. Brush sauce over burgers a few times during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
