BBQ CHICKEN Low Carb BBQ Chicken
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add chicken breasts and brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and save the drippings. Place the chicken in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish or cake pan. Add vinegar and remaining ingredients along with the saved drippings in skillet, stirring to remove all lumps. Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes 4-6 servings
