BBQ Chicken Nachos
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes
- Servings: 2-4
- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 1 can of chicken
- 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (best if it has a little kick)
- Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (Mexican or colby blends)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Drain canned chicken
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce and chicken
- On a pan (or microwaveable plate), place a layer of tortilla chips
- Spoon chicken over chips (use as much or as little as you like)
- Sprinkle cheese over over chips (keep in mind chips not covered in cheese will burn faster)
- Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Microwave on a low heat setting until cheese is melted. Cheese burns very easily in the microwave.
