BBQ beef for sandwiches
  • 3 lb. beef roast trimmed of fat
  • 1 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce
  • 1/2 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • hoagie or french rolls (6)
  1. Put roast in crockpot, pour half a bottle of bbq sauce over add onion and garlic powder. Cook on low about 8 hours, shred beef, add a little of the cooking juice and then the remaining bottle of sauce, stir and microwave to heat sauce. Put onto hoagie rolls
