BERMUDA SALAD BOWL

  • 2 hearts of romaine
  • 1/4 head of cauliflower, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • green olives to taste
  • 1/2 c. blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 c. French dressing
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice romaine and put in a salad bowl. Add cauliflower, red onion, and olives (as many as you like). In a small bowl mix together Blue Cheese and French dressing. Serve with salad on the side.
