DIRECTIONS
  1. Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Cut in butter until mixture looks
  3. like coarse cornmeal.
  4. Add milk and mix well.
  5. Knead dough, roll and cut.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
