• ½ c. sour cream
• ½ c. buttermilk
• ½ c. mayo
• ½ t. Worcestershire sauce
• ½ t. garlic salt
• ½ t. freshly ground black pepper
• 1 c. crumbled blue cheese
• milk to thin if needed

1. In a bowl whisk together sour cream, buttermilk, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir in blue cheese as desired. Chill until serving.

Blue Cheese dressing is a favorite I enjoyed at restaurants when I was young. I still love it, this fresh version is so much better than the bottled stuff. This recipe contains mayo as well as buttermilk and sour cream.
