BLT Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 medium tomato chopped, remove seeds as best as you can
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 6 strips cooked bacon, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth. Add diced tomatoes, onion and celery.
- Stir together and add bacon.
- Allow 3 hours in fridge for flavors to blend.
- Great with triscuits or wheat thin crackers or even spread on tortillas, add a thin layer of lunch meat adn lettuce and roll up for a great snack.
