BLT Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 medium tomato chopped, remove seeds as best as you can
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 6 strips cooked bacon, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth. Add diced tomatoes, onion and celery.
  2. Stir together and add bacon.
  3. Allow 3 hours in fridge for flavors to blend.
  4. Great with triscuits or wheat thin crackers or even spread on tortillas, add a thin layer of lunch meat adn lettuce and roll up for a great snack.
