• Servings: 2.5 Cups
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1 med tomato, seeded and diced
  • 6 bacon slices, cooked & chopped
  • 2 tbls finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Toasted french bread for dipping
  1. Place cream cheese in medium bowl. Stir in ranch dressing and mix well.
  2. Seed and dice tomato and reserve 1 tbls for garnish.
  3. Add tomato, bacon, onion and sugar to cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 3 hours to allow flavors to meld together.
  5. To serve, line bowl with lettuce leaves, fill with dip and garnish with reserved tomato. Serve with toasted french bread.
