BLT Macaroni Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 5 green onions(finely chopped)
  • 1 large tomato(diced)
  • 1 1/4 c. celery(diced)
  • 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise(Hellman`s)
  • 5 t. white vinegar
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 lb.cooked bacon(crumbled)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain and rinse in coldbwater.
  3. In large bowl combine macaroni,green onions,tomatoes and celery.
  4. In a small bowl combine mayonaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over macaroni mixture,stir to coat and put in 9x13 pan.
  6. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  7. Just before serving add bacon.
