BLUEBERRY SQUARES
INGREDIENTS
- Bottom:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp.white sugar
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- Top:
- 1 large container cool whip
- 8 ozs.pkg.cream cheese
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
DIRECTIONS
- Bottom:
- Combine ingredients together,press
- into 9x13 square pan.
- Bake 8 min.
- Let cool.
- Top:
- Beat cream cheese and sugar well.
- Add cool whip and beat again.
- Add blueberries and mix.
- Spread over crust,put in fridge to set.
- Store leftovers in fridge.
