  • 7 ounces water, room temperature
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
  1. Let buns raise in the bread machine until the dough almost touches the top of the machine. Remove from bread machine and put in a greased bowl and let raise until double in size. Make into buns; put in a cozy place to raise. Bake at 400 degrees until nicely browned (doubled this recipe and make half the dough into caramel pecan rolls).
