  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian
  • dressing
  • 4 eggs
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Romano cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Rinse and drain artichoke hearts. Dip in beaten eggs,
  2. then in bread crumbs. To prepare bread crumbs, add Romano
  3. cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Fry
  4. artichoke hearts in shortening until golden brown. Can be
  5. served as a warm or cold appetizer.hors d'oeuvres plates with cocktail forks. Serves 6.
