BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS

  • 2 GF wraps
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • Siracha to taste
  • 6 slices deli Buffalo chicken
  • 2 slices Colby jack cheese
  • 2 leaves of green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices red onion, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl combine softened cream cheese and Siracha to taste until smooth. Spread cream cheese on wrap over entire wrap. At one end of wrap layer cheese, meat, lettuce, and onion. Fold sides in, then tightly roll wrap to enclose filling. Wrap in plastic wrap until ready to eat, cut in half and serve both halves as a serving.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
My grandson, David, takes lunch to school every day because since he has Celiac, school lunches are not safe for him. Wraps are one of the lunches we make because it is a little different than a sandwich, and are delicious.
