Bacon-Cheese-Potato Nachos
  • Potatoes, Baked and Sliced into discs
  • 1 lb Bacon, Crumbled
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chile Powder
  • Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • Large Ziplock
  • Favorite Nacho Toppings
  1. Oven Temperature: 350°F
  2. *Mix oil, cumin, and chili powder; place potatoes in zip lock and pour oil mixture over potatoes
  3. *Mix around in bag and cover potatoes with spiced oil
  4. *Grill Potatoes until golden brown on both sides
  5. *Layer cheese and toppings
  6. *Bake in oven until cheese is melted
