Bacon Ranchero
  • 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • Salt,Pepper, Garlic Powder to taste
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • Butter Flavored Crisco to fry this in
  • 3 slices thick cut bacon, fried and drained on a paper towel
  • Mozzarella cheese- 3 slices or 1 cup shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Ranch Salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  1. Rinse chicken.
  2. Season with salt,pepper and garlic powder or any seasonings you like.
  3. Combine flour and bread crumbs together.
  4. Dredge chicken in Italian crumb/flour mixture.
  5. Fry in a skillet with butter flavored Crisco until golden and cooked through.
  6. Top chicken with bacon and cheese and melt in oven. Sprinkle green onions all over this and drizzle with bacon ranch dressing.
