Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
  • 1 pkg Bacon
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  1. Oven Temperature: 375°F
  2. *Wrap asparagus with bacon
  3. *Place foil on cookie sheet and place cooling rack on cookie sheet
  4. *Place asparagus on cooling rack (this keeps it out of the grease mess)
  5. *Cook until desired doneness of bacon (usually for us about 20 minutes); then turn and cook another 5-10 minutes
  6. Recipe Tips:
  7. *The best way to serve them is actually cut in bite sized pieces when they are ready to serve, helps reduce the shredding of the asparagus when you take a bite
  8. *You can also do the asparagus in bunches like in the photo here
  9. *Be sure to take care of foil fairly soon or once it dries on there it will be a bigger mess then if you didn't use the foil at all
  10. *If you happen to be using the BBQ these will work on the grill as well – on top shelf or leave other burners on and one off, put the bacon on the side that is off…helps prevent the fire
