Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites
  • 3 pieces chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
  • 10 pieces bacon, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 T. chili powder
  • 3 T. dijon mustard
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix brown sugar and chili powder into a small bowl. Put dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Roll each chicken piece into the dijon mustard. Wrap a bacon piece around the chicken, then secure with a toothpick; then roll the chicken around in the brown sugar and chili powder mixture. Make sure to cover it well.
  4. Put each piece of chicken on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the bacon is nice and brown.
  5. Serve plain or with barbecue sauce.
