Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

- 3 pieces chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
- 10 pieces bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 T. chili powder
- 3 T. dijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix brown sugar and chili powder into a small bowl. Put dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- Roll each chicken piece into the dijon mustard. Wrap a bacon piece around the chicken, then secure with a toothpick; then roll the chicken around in the brown sugar and chili powder mixture. Make sure to cover it well.
- Put each piece of chicken on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the bacon is nice and brown.
- Serve plain or with barbecue sauce.
