Bacon Wrapped Jalepeno Poppers
INGREDIENTS

  • 6-12 Large Jalepenos
  • 8oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 6oz (aprx 1 1/2 cup) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6-12 slices of center cut bacon
  • (About 1lb, not thick cut)
  • Toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder until well combined
  2. Slice each jalapeño in half length way
  3. Carefully remove inside of jalapeños, discard insides
  4. Using roughly 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture, fill inside of each jalapeño half
  5. Use a kitchen knife to make filling flush with the top of the jalapeno
  6. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around the jalapeño from top to bottom, securing with toothpicks so as the bacon cooks it stays on the jalapeno
  7. Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
  8. Cook for 12 minutes
