Bacon Wrapped Jalepeno Poppers
INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- 6-12 Large Jalepenos
- 8oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 6oz (aprx 1 1/2 cup) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 6-12 slices of center cut bacon
- (About 1lb, not thick cut)
- Toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
- Combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder until well combined
- Slice each jalapeño in half length way
- Carefully remove inside of jalapeños, discard insides
- Using roughly 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture, fill inside of each jalapeño half
- Use a kitchen knife to make filling flush with the top of the jalapeno
- Wrap 1 piece of bacon around the jalapeño from top to bottom, securing with toothpicks so as the bacon cooks it stays on the jalapeno
- Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cook for 12 minutes
