Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30-40
- Servings: 20
- 1 (8oz) can of halved water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb. bacon-cut in half
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Wrap each water chestnut with bacon strip. Secure with toothpick.
- Place the chestnuts seam side down in baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and cooked.
- When ready, drain fat from dish.
- In a mixing bowl, mix mayonnaise, brown sugar & hot sauce.
- Mix and pour over water chestnuts.
