Bacon wrapped Water Chestnuts

  • Soy Sauce
  • 2 cans Water Chestnuts
  • Sugar
  • 1 lb Bacon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce for 3 hours. Drain, roll in sugar, wrap in bacon and stick with toothpick.
  2. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes on cookie sheet linned with foil, (turning once 1/2 way through baking time.)
  3. Note: I like to fry the bacon a little first because I like the bacon nice & crisp.
