Baked Baby Reds
  • 1 small bag Baby Red Potatoes, Quartered
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, Shredded
  1. Oven Temperature: 400°F
  2. *Place potatoes in plastic bag
  3. *In small measuring cup, mix oil and seasonings; pour over potatoes, seal bag and mix well to cover potatoes in seasoned oil
  4. *Pour cheese over potatoes, seal bag and again mix well
  5. *Spread potatoes on baking sheet or stone and bake until toasted brown, stirring occasionally
  6. Recipe Tips:
  7. *Add garlic or any of your favorite seasonings
