Baked Banana Crumble

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbs. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp butter
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place banana halves in the prepared pan. Using your finger, paint them with lemon juice.
  3. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over bananas. Dot with butter.
  4. Bake 10 minutes, or until bananas are lightly browned. Serve right away.
