Baked Beans
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 8-10
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • Two 16 oz. cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbs vinegar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fry 8 slices of bacon and crumble.
  2. Combine all ingredients in quart casserole dish. Top with remaining slices of bacon. Cover and bake in oven at 325 for 1 hour.
  3. Remove cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
