Baked Chicken with Broccoli Salad + Garlic Toast

- Prosciutto or Bacon
- Chicken Breast or Thigh
- Olive Oil
- Parsley
- Butter

DIRECTIONS
- Chop brocolli, vinegar, garlic, feta cheese, salt/pepper and olive oil in a food processor
- Season chicken with salt/pepper
- Wrap the chicken in prosciutto or bacon
- Bake the chicken for ~20 min at 425 degree.
- Add broccoli salad to the top of the chicken before serving
- Mix parsley, room temperature butter and salt/pepper together to make garlic butter
- Cut baggete diagonally and smear with butter
- Toast bread until crunchy
