Baked Chicken with Broccoli Salad + Garlic Toast

  • Vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Feta Cheese
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Prosciutto or Bacon
  • Chicken Breast or Thigh
  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Baggette
  1. Chop brocolli, vinegar, garlic, feta cheese, salt/pepper and olive oil in a food processor
  2. Season chicken with salt/pepper
  3. Wrap the chicken in prosciutto or bacon
  4. Bake the chicken for ~20 min at 425 degree.
  5. Add broccoli salad to the top of the chicken before serving
  6. Mix parsley, room temperature butter and salt/pepper together to make garlic butter
  7. Cut baggete diagonally and smear with butter
  8. Toast bread until crunchy
