- 2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken (browned).
- 1/3 cup chopped onion.
- 1/3 cup chopped celery.
- 1 cup cooked tomatoes.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 3/4 tsp. salt.
- pepper.
- 1/4 tsp. powdered sage.
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper.
- 2/3 cup uncooked rice.
DIRECTIONS
- Mix in bowl (while chicken is browning) all ingredients.
- Put mixture into a 12x7x2 baking dish.
- Place chicken over top.
- Bake at 350.
