Baked Chicken
  • Cooking Time: 45 minutes
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • Garlic Paste
  • Coarse ground pepper
  • Season Salt (such as Lowery's)
  • Olive Oil
  • White Wine
  • Butter
  • 4 Blend Grated Cheese
  • Italian Bread Crumbs
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread on garlic paste, sprinkle with ground pepper and season salt. Drizzle with olive oil and white wine. Dot with small pieces of butter.
  3. Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
