Baked Corn Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp.flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
- 1 can (14 oz.) cream corn, undrained
DIRECTIONS
- 1 c. sugar

- 1. Heat oven to 350.
- 2. Combine sugar and flour.
- 3. Whisk in eggs and milk.
- 4. Stir in both cans of corn.
- 5. Bake, uncovered 45-50 minutes.
- Very easy & delicious. The way corn pudding should taste, in my opinion. Reminds my of Sunday dinners at my grandparents, the green beans with ham hock, corn bread, deviled eggs, chicken, boiled potatoes( again with ham hock), collards and of course chocolate cake.
