Baked Crab Rangoon
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 medium egg white
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 7 oz canned crabmeat
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 30 won ton wrappers
  • Spray oil or PAM
DIRECTIONS

  2. Heat oven to 375
  3. Combine egg white and cream cheese. Stir in crabmeat, ginger (grated fresh), garlic clove
  4. (minced) and soy sauce. Add minced fresh cilantro if desired.
  5. Spoon 2 tsp filling into center of each wonton wrapper. Lightly moisten edges of wrapper with
  6. water. Bring up corners and twist, forming a small bundle. Place bundles on large baking sheet,
  7. spray with PAM or oil spray.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown and crisp. Serve warm with hot mustard sauce or sweet and
  9. sour sauce.
