Baked Fish à la Aunt Sarah
  • Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
  • Onions, sliced
  • Whole fish, cleaned
  • Tomatoes, cut
  • Parsley
  • Bay leaf
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 C white wine
  1. Butter baking dish.
  2. Place in the baking dish a layer of sliced onions.
  3. Next add a whole cleaned fish.
  4. Over the fish put cut tomatoes, parsley, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour one cup white wine over all.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until fish just flakes.
