Baked Fruit Medley

- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 (16 oz) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 (16 oz) can pear halves
- 1 (16 oz) can apricots, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can sliced pineapple, drained
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Angostura bitters
DIRECTIONS
- Grate rind of orange and lemon
- Peel and slice the orange and lemon
- Layer orange and lemon slices and remaining fruit in 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish.
- Combine orange and lemon rind, brown sugar, flour and bitters.
- Mix well and sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes until bubbly
- Serve hot or cold
