Baked Garlic-Stuffed Antipasto Bread
INGREDIENTS

- 1 loaf of French Bread
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese, 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 10 cloves of fresh garlic, 1 cup sliced black olives, 1 Tbs capers
- 1/2 cup butter( used olive oil) and not a 1/2 cup.
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon and basil
- 9-oz package of frozen spinach
- 14-oz can of artichoke hearts
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley( used less)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt( did not use)
- 1 can of anchovies, cut into slices
- ( did not use)
DIRECTIONS
- Oven set at 350ºF.Peel and chop the garlic. Slice the bread lenghtwise and hollow out, reserve the bread pieces.
- Melt the butter and add 1 Tbs of the olive oil.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, add the spinach, artichokes and anchovies, mix well and cook.
- Add the torn bread pieces and all remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and spoon into the bread shell.
- Wrap with foil and bake for 30 minute
