Baked Goulash

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- onion powder to taste
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- chili powder to taste
- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 box macaroni
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Brown the ground beef in a pan. Drain, then put back in pan along with seasonings.
- Add the tomatoes, bring to a boil while cooking the macaroni in another sauce pan until it’s half done.
- Drain it and add it to the tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer it to a large baking dish and cover it with foil.
- It can sit out for several hours like this, be refrigerated for up to two days, or frozen a few weeks.
- Add cheeses to the top, recover with foil and bake in a 400 degree oven about 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese begins to brown.
