Baked Ham

  • 1 Bone- In Ham
  • 1 14 oz can pineapple rings
  • 10 cloves
  • Coarse ground pepper
  • Apricot Glaze: 1 cup of honey
  • 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice
  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup apricot jam
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pineapple Glaze:
  • 1/2 can pineapple juice
  • 2/ cup packed brown sugar/
  1. Slice across top of ham to form X's about 1/4 inch deep. Place cloves in the x's. Pepper and wrap ham in foil. Bake in shallow pan according to weight chart on pkg and temperature guide. One hour before ham is done, unwrap and add pineapple slices and glaze. Re wrap and continue baking.
This Recipe came from my Grandma Blue. It is my savior when it comes to Thanksgiving because im not a big fan of Turkey along with a few others in the family. So my grandma makes this every Thanksgiving just to make sure that everybody gets a nice full meal.
