Baked Italian egg rolls

  • 1/4 # EACH Deli Ham, Deli Pepperoni and Deli Salami
  • 1/2 # deli sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 pkg egg roll wrappers
  • your choice of dipping sauces ( I like marinara and plum sauce)
  • vegetable oil
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Have deli slice you just one or two hunks of the meats and cheese so you can dice them up yourself into small dice.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper in front of you and fill with 2-3 T of meat/cheese. Dip your finger in water and wet all sides of wrapper.
  4. fold in both sides and then tightly roll up like a burrito.
  5. lay on a sheet pan and once you have all wrappers made brush with a touch of oil on all sides. ( I actually just use my hands for this)
  6. Bake 6-9 minutes them turn and keep baking until golden on all sides. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
I love chinese egg rolls and thought why not make these with my family in mind and make them a baked version.
