Baked Macaroni and Cheese
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 30-45
  • 8 oz. Elbow Macaroni (cooked)
  • 2 Cups Cottage cheese
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 8 oz. Shredded cheese
  • 1 egg
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix cheeses, sour cream, and egg together. Add to macaroni, mix well.
  2. Bake 350 degrees 30-45 minutes.
  3. This recipe can easily be doubled.
